Our policies
What to know before you book.
Booking and deposits
Hot shaves and beard shapings are booked ahead on the booking page or by phone. Pick a barber by name, or take the next open chair. No deposit is taken to hold a time.
How the line works
Cuts and beard trims take walk-ins whenever a chair is open. Sign the board by the door; clients are taken in the order they sign, and a booked client is seen at their time. Waits vary; the board shows who is next. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move your time, by phone, text or the booking page. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time; after that we offer it to the line.
If you miss an appointment
A missed visit is noted on your booking. After a second one we ask you to confirm by text before we hold a hot shave for you again.
Children and companions
Cuts are welcome for ages 8 and up, with a parent in the shop. The razor shave is for ages 16 and up. One person may wait with each client so the chairs stay clear.
Redos and refunds
Tell us within a week and we will look at it. A cut or an edge that needs a touch-up is fixed at the chair.
Tipping
Tips go to the barber who served you. You can leave one in cash at the chair or on the card machine.
Before your visit
Come with a few days of growth if you can; a razor works on a beard that is not already cut short. Skip shaving that morning. If your skin feels tender or sunburned, tell your barber, and we will change the shave or move it.
